What Makes PrimeTime Personal Training Different From Other Fitness Franchise Concepts?
While many fitness franchises focus on large group format and are in a "race to the bottom" on prices, PrimeTime focuses on a higher end clientele so we can offer better results for our members. This allows for a much easier sales process as we need anywhere from 1/2 to 1/4 the number of members of typical fitness franchises such as Orange Theory Fitness or F45 to generate the same revenue. The smaller footprint of the studio, the lower amount of clients needed, and the minimalism of the layout allow for an extremely competitive cost to open and one of the fastest buildout times possible.
How Much Are Royalties and Franchise Fees?
The Franchise Fee is a competitive $30,000 and Royalties are only 6% with a payment cap of $1799. So everything you make over $30,000 / month is Royalty FREE! P.S. We expect every PrimeTime to perform better than $30,000 per month.
What Do I Get With My Initial Buy-In and Franchise Royalties?
Initial buy in and Royalties give you access to secured and protected territory with the demographics necessary for running a successful PrimeTime. They also cover your 2 weeks of training to learn how to effectively run a profitable studio. We assist with every aspect of the launch process including feedback on location scouting, grand opening support, and 90 Day Fast Start Coaching.
What is "90 Day Fast Start" Coaching
While we continue to offer support and coaching with monthly owner phone calls, the first 90 days is crucial to the launch of your business. We implement 1-2 calls per week and unlimited Q/A support during the first 90 days to ensure your business is operational and making PROFIT within the first 90 days. If you aren't profitable within the first 90 days, you don't pay royalties and we will send a representative to your business to turn things around.
How Many PrimeTime Units Do I Have To Commit To?
There is no minimum commitment to how many PrimeTime Studios you must start with. Our hope is that you will open many locations in the future and we offer 50% off the franchise fee for future locations. Reserving territories requires a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the franchise fee.
What Is The Cost Of Opening A PrimeTime Studio?
The average cost of opening a PrimeTime is $126,500 - $199,400. This includes ALL franchise fees, build out expenses, and marketing budgets required to not only open but fund your first 90 days in business!
How Is My Territory Protected?
Your territory will be created using either population or radius to ensure there are enough people to fill your gym. We look at a 3 mile radius or 50,000 - 100,000 population.
Do You Offer Financing?
Yes, we offer many financing options! Once we have determined whether you are a good fit for a PrimeTime Personal Training we can talk about financing options with our lenders. As long as you can get approved for $50,000 we have options for working with you to get your PrimeTime started!
